1. Digital Services: All services on Instain are digital and delivered directly to the social media profile/link you provide. Because delivery typically begins within minutes of payment, our refund terms differ from those for physical goods.

2. Cancellation: You can cancel only while payment is still pending / not yet confirmed. Once an order moves to "Processing," it has typically already been sent to our delivery systems and cannot be cancelled.

3. When you're eligible for a refund:

• Order failed to start — payment was captured but the order could not be dispatched.
• Partial non-delivery — the delivered quantity is meaningfully short of what was ordered, and cannot be completed after a retry.
• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.

4. When a refund does not apply:

• You made your account private, changed your username, or removed the target content after placing the order.
• Delivered engagement later dropped due to the platform's own moderation or algorithm changes.
• You simply changed your mind after delivery had already started.

5. How refunds are issued: Approved refunds are credited to your Instain wallet balance by default, usually within 24–48 hours, and can be used toward any future order. If you'd rather have it refunded to your original payment method, that can take 5–7 business days depending on your bank. Orders paid with wallet/coin balance are refunded back to the wallet.

1. About Instain: Instain ("we", "us", "our") provides social media growth services — including followers, likes, views, and engagement — for supported platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or using our services with a parent/guardian's consent, and must own or be authorized to use the account/link you submit for an order.

3. Orders and Payment: Orders are placed by submitting a valid profile link/username, selecting a service and quantity, and completing payment via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet balance. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified.

4. Delivery: Services are digital and delivered directly to the profile/link submitted at checkout — there is no physical shipment. Delivery times vary by service and are shown as estimates on the order page.

5. Your Responsibilities: Ensure the account/profile/link you submit is accurate and belongs to you. Do not change your username, make your account private, or remove content mid-delivery — this can cause partial delivery and is not eligible for refund.

6. No Platform Affiliation: Instain is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Google, or any other social platform.

7. Refunds: Covered separately in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any drop in delivered engagement due to platform algorithm changes or account changes you make after ordering. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts found abusing the service or violating these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
